Dr. Loutfy has earned both a medical and dental degree and has had extensive surgical training including: general surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery as well as plastic surgery. This unique combination of education and surgical experiences gives Dr. Loutfy an opportunity to treat each patient with individualized artistic care.

Although the majority of the practice is cosmetic surgery, Dr. Loutfy has donated his services to treat children born with cleft lip and palate deformities in New Mexico as well as in Central America.

Dr. Loutfy has received a number of academic awards, published scientific articles, held three teaching positions; and currently teaches medical students from the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.

He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and holds active membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as the exclusive American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Loutfy regularly attends plastic surgery educational seminars and meetings to continue the utmost in care for his patients.
